Don't forget to vote. . . . .

After two lonnngggggggg years of campaigning, the day is finally here. No matter what your political orientation or how you will vote, be sure your voice is heard today!

If you need additional incentive, just know this: If you don't vote, you don't get to complain about anything our government does for the next four years! (-:

And even if you did vote, as close as it is right now in the popular vote ( 49% - 50%) almost half will still get to complain :) at 7:30 pm PST, this is still amazingly close in the popular vote!

Our local elections come on the radio in 15 minutes.... now those are the results that will affect me soonest :)

Voter Turnout 81.27%.
This is what is truly amazing this election - this is the % for the county I live in. I don't believe the turnout has ever been this high!

Last night was pretty amazing. I was, of course, doing the night job, but was chatting via AIM with my coworkers as we all watched the returns roll in. I heard somewhere that it's been 90 years since this many people came out to vote. . . .

Democracy in action, regardless of your party affiliation!
